This position will provide support by assisting with material handling, small packaging, receiving, and driving a lift truck and domestic truck in the warehouse
  • with an emphasis on shipping. This position will be Monday
  • Friday 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM, paid at $20/hr.
Relocate products as directed by the Supervisor by physically moving the products. Modify storage racks and locations as directed by the Supervisor. Proactively identify items in the wrong locations and return them to the correct locations. Pulling of products for future batches such as; raw material storage, partials, q-stock, quarantine, or rework. Assist with returning materials to batch storage locations that require a forklift or other means of lifting. Assist with stock rotation. Notify the Stocker of any stock replenishment that needs to be done. Performs job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures. Load and unload trucks as needed. Receiving POs. Pull and pack small package orders. Keep the warehouse and dock picked up and cleaned. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Stand and walk around the warehouse floor for long periods of time. To reach with hands and arms overhead above shoulders To bend to retrieve containers and packages. To constantly lift materials To climb ladders to retrieve materials. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Background in shipping/warehousing preferred. Experience driving forklift preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
