Fully Onsite Role Overview BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator 1 to support our customer's warehouse operations in Lenexa, Kansas. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, counting, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products. Perform material put-away, retrieval, and inventory transactions. Prepare and ship materials to internal and external customers. Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed (approximately 10-15% of daily duties). Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping activities. Assist with special projects and additional tasks assigned by warehouse leadership. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures. Support compliance with applicable ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA regulations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Ability to understand, speak, and read English. Basic math skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Ability to regularly lift up to 70 pounds and perform frequent lifting throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience. Previous experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, or material handling. Forklift operation experience. About
