This role is at the heart of how we keep customers stocked and satisfied — you'll process supply orders, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure the right products get to the right place on time. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process and fulfill supply orders accurately and efficiently Pick and pack supply orders for shipment or courier delivery Manage inventory control including restocking, cycle counts, dead stock, and min/max levels Receive incoming supply shipments and verify against purchase orders Coordinate with the supply warehouse on shipments, stock status, and order requirements Respond to internal inquiries from sales and service teams regarding supply availability and order status Track, follow up on, and resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues Maintain clean, accurate records and documentation in the order management system Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

WHAT YOU BRING

Prior experience in a warehouse, supplies, inventory, or fulfillment role preferred — motivated newcomers welcome Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Comfortable with basic computer use, data entry, and inventory or order management systems Organized and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball A communicator who listens well and follows through — with teammates and customers alike Reliable, dependable, and takes ownership of the work Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly Valid driver's license and insurability required
