The Warehouse Associate position responsibilities include supporting daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, labeling, and inspecting products to prepare orders for shipping and receiving. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy while meeting customer and operational needs. Pay Range:

$19.00•$22.00 per hour

Shift:

First Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM•3:30

PM Second Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM•2:30

AM Weekend Shift:

Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM•6:00

PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately for shipment Measure, weigh, and count products and materials Print and apply shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets Prepare shipments for parcel, LTL, and TL carriers Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met Report missing items, damages, or quality issues to supervisors Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or order pickers as needed Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during shifts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
