Job Description

We're looking for dependable general labor/hanger to join our team! No experience required — we're willing to train the right person. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Hang parts and products on racks according to established procedures. Ensure proper spacing and orientation of parts for optimal powder coverage. Inspect incoming products for damage or defects and report concerns immediately. Remove coated products from racks after the curing process. Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment. Maintain production flow and meet daily production goals. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist in other production areas as needed.
