Logo Job Summary Central Plains Steel, a division of Feralloy , is seeking a dependable Production/Material Handler to support daily plant operations, including processing materials, quality checks, and maintaining an organized workspace. Physical Requirements Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Pushing or Pulling, Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess) Function in the Job Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function Pull materials and remove laser-cut parts from sheets Inspect parts for quality and address minor issues Package and prepare orders based on work instructions Move materials using forklifts or cranes Maintain proper material tagging and documentation Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Required Skills Valid driver's license 0-5 years of related experience Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varying temperatures Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00
PM Preferred:
Warehouse, production, or material handling experience High School Diploma or GED Note to
