Logo Job Summary Central Plains Steel, a division of Feralloy , is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Operator to support plant operations by safely handling materials, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized work environment. Physical Requirements Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching, Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position) Function in the Job Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function Pull, package, and prepare orders based on work/shipping instructions Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and yard trucks Perform quality checks and ensure proper material tagging Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety and operational procedures Required Skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and measurement skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
Warehouse or material handling experience
High School Diploma or GED Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM 5 Days (8-hour shifts)
Pay:
$17-$20/hr + $5 shift differential Sunday evening start at 9:30pm Note to
