Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure data accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities are included. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and facilitate quick access to products. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment using basic math skills for accurate record keeping. Support e-commerce order fulfillment by packaging products securely for delivery across various channels. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment workflows and packaging standards. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and order fulfillment.
