General Laborer

Job Description Production Support & Workflow Coverage Rotate between Woodshop, Blasting, and Paint departments based on production needs to prevent bottlenecks and keep work moving efficiently through each stage. Surface Preparation Perform abrasive blasting to remove rust, coatings, and debris, ensuring proper surface readiness for finishing and coating. Woodworking & Assembly Operate table saws, routers, sanders, and related equipment to cut, shape, and prepare components according to drawings and cut lists. Support final assembly of wood products as needed. Finishing & Coating Application Apply primers, stains, and finish coats using HVLP and airless spray systems. Produce consistent, high-quality, defect-free finishes that meet quality standards. Inspection & Quality Assurance Inspect materials and finished components throughout the process to verify compliance with workmanship and quality requirements. Equipment & Workspace Maintenance Clean and maintain spray equipment, blasting machinery, and woodshop tools . Perform basic preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Safety & Workplace Standards Follow OSHA regulations at all times. Properly use required PPE and respirators . Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles .
