Job Description
Who We Are Davinci Micro Fulfillment partners with brands to optimize their direct-to-consumer Commerce solutions through quick, efficient and cost-effective solutions. We operate 5 Fulfillment Centers nationally and support over 50 brands. Who You Are A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. What You'll Do Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, RF scanners, or a WMS system. Pack items securely and neatly in accordance with packing standards to prevent damage in transit. Apply correct labels, documentation, and postage to outbound parcels. Meet individual and team picking/packing rate targets consistently. Follow SOP's and Work Instructions. Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, or low stock levels to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support accurate inventory management. Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures. What You Bring 3 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfilment center , or similar logistics environment required Experience using RF scanners, barcodes, or a WMS. Prior forklift certification is helpful. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for accuracy. Ability to work at pace and meet time-sensitive targets. Good physical fitness with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and a exhibit a positive team attitude. Show respect for others. Must have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
