• We are seeking reliable and hardworking Pick Pack Associates to join our warehouse team in Elizabethtown, KY. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start immediately. The position involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements + Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery + Label and prepare shipments for dispatch + Use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems (training provided) + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse + Follow company safety guidelines and procedures + Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets + Assist with loading/unloading shipments if needed •Qualifications•+ No prior experience required (entry-level friendly) + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team + Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus + Must be detail-oriented and reliable + Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30-50 lbs throughout the shift •Work Environment•+ Fast-paced warehouse setting + May involve repetitive physical tasks + Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods •Why Join Us?
