Job Description

Infinisia is seeking a Pick and Pack Warehouse Worker for its Erlanger, KY location. Infinisia USA is a new company opening its doors in Erlanger, KY. Our associated Canadian operation has been in business since 1997 and is very successful. The Canadian operation has about 40 employees and sells 85% of orders into the US. Infinisia sells direct to consumers via third party merchant channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay and so on, shipping about 2000 orders a day. You will report to the Operations Manager and given the critical importance of your role in our future growth.
Requirements:
No unpardoned criminal record Must be computer savvy, and skilled at operating computer based order management systems, barcode scanners and printers. Decent typist and a quick learner of new applications desirable. Minimum 2 years experience in similar role in a pick and pack warehouse. Experience with warehouse automation equipment, layout and design. Stable work history with excellent references
Desirable:
Familiarity with rules, regulations and business norms Experience in an eCommerce environment; work experience for eBay, amazon, or independent eCommerce companies is an asset. Forklift certification

Responsibilities:
Packing and shipping 100-150 orders a day. Active participation in day to day warehouse & shipping tasks and responsibilities is required. Assist with the planning and designing the business changes for our next stage of growth. This could include warehouse redesign or relocation to handle growth, deployment of new equipment to enhance efficiency, adding shifts, or whatever else is required to handle our rapid growth.
