Job Overview Join our team at our family-owned business as a Yard Associate and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, loading, and unloading of materials within our yard and warehouse. Your experience in heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and warehouse management will ensure smooth logistics flow. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to ensure timely shipping & receiving. Maintain a clean, organized yard by stacking pallets, managing inventory locations, and ensuring materials are stored securely. Qualifications Experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments with familiarity in order picking and materials handling. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting up to 80 lbs Prior experience in construction or warehouse supervision is a plus but not required.
