N/A Basic Job Functions:

Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of materials onto shelves or on pallets, racks, and/or carts Operate forklift, crane, and combilift to move materials to storage or shipping areas Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders Loading materials to trucks or designated areas Moving material from storage areas to loading areas for transport and to different departments Other duties as assigned and modifiable job responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience operating forklifts Ability to use measuring tape Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions Prior experience working in a warehouse and /or manufacturing company Basic reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Material Handler and Inventory Control Certified to operate forklifts Knowledge of storage procedures and planning procedures Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred Nucor is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace
