MATERIAL HANDLER - 3RD SHIFT
(FEDERAL PLANT) Keep production moving. Be part of a team that delivers quality. We're looking for a reliable Material Handler to support our finishing, casting, and shipping operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping materials flowing, supporting production, and ensuring our customers receive high-quality die-cast products. What You'll Do Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and tuggers. Keep production areas stocked, organized, and running efficiently. Verify counts, weights, and labels for accuracy. Support finishing operations, including setup and changeovers. Complete daily production reporting for finished goods. Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Help maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime. Step in to support production roles as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. Forklift (PIT) experience (minimum 6 months in manufacturing). Strong attention to detail and safety. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus if you have:
Experience in finishing or shipping operations. Familiarity with production tracking, labeling, and reporting. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
