Warehouse Associate

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Laboratory Support Specialist to assist with daily logistics and operational needs. This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, preparing and staging shipments, and organizing pallets and products throughout the warehouse. The role also includes maintaining accurate records for inbound, outbound, and stored inventory, as well as staging products for testing through unboxing, assembly, and proper positioning. Additional responsibilities include tearing down products for disassembly and disposal, supporting general maintenance and upkeep of laboratory and warehouse spaces, and ensuring all work areas comply with 6S standards. • Forklift certified
• Ability to safely lift loads exceeding 50 lbs
• Hands-on experience with truck loading and unloading, picking/packing, shipping and receiving, and product unboxing and disassembly
• GED/High School Diploma
• Facility Maintenance experience (adjusting bases and pallets)
• ERP/WMS software experience
