In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a smooth flow of goods through various warehouse operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes while contributing to a thriving supply chain environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound deliveries against documentation Stock shelves systematically, ensuring products are organized for easy access and inventory accuracy Assist with order fulfillment activities including order picking, packing, and labeling using basic math skills for quantity verification Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Prior HVAC experience strongly preferred. Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Demonstrated ability to operate equipment such as forklifts Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order processing Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering equipment safely Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing processes Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations!
