Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Position Summary The Locus Bot Picker is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders using the Locus robotic picking system in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position works alongside warehouse automation technology to ensure orders are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting productivity goals. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and process customer orders following system instructions. Work efficiently alongside Locus Bots and warehouse automation technology. Verify SKU numbers, product quantities, and item conditions to ensure order accuracy. Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy standards. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with replenishment, staging, and other warehouse duties as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily operations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing 50+ lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Previous warehouse, order picking, or general labor experience is a plus. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices. Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and automated warehouse systems. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Additional Information Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. Relaxed dress code; employees should wear comfortable clothing suitable for warehouse work. Overtime opportunities available based on business needs.
