Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the smooth operation of our distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting overall warehouse functions to ensure timely order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help us maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and logistics. Duties Operate pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage order processing. Pick, pack, and prepare technician load-outs with precision using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to facilitate smooth operations. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and documenting inbound/outbound deliveries. Collect, process, and prepare RA shipments for pick up Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a strong advantage. Proven ability to operate pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or similar platforms. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and inventory stocking practices. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly are essential for success in this role.
