Wholesale Direct, LLC is a small family-owned wholesale distribution company dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional service. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Order Picker / Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment based on customer requirements Load and unload inventory from delivery trucks Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored properly Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (if certified) Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus but not required) Ability to lift and move heavy items 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
