In this role, you will be the vital link between our warehouse operations and customer deliveries, ensuring timely, safe, and professional service. You will handle both warehouse tasks—such as loading, unloading, and inventory management—and delivery responsibilities, including route driving and customer interactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be actively engaged in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, to deliver products to customers across designated routes Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of goods Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of shipments before dispatching or upon receipt Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and records Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly Assist in warehouse organization by moving stock, restocking shelves, and supporting inventory counts as needed Requirements Preferred experience as a delivery driver or warehouse worker with a strong focus on customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating large vehicle a bonus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving boxes or equipment regularly Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; Prior experience with route driving and load & unload procedures in a courier or distribution setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation and inventory management Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and company policies Join us in delivering excellence!
