Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance on best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality. Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems. Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with shipping & receiving protocols. Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity, safety standards (OSHA compliance), and inventory accuracy. Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks. Conduct regular audits of inventory control procedures, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly to prevent stock loss or errors. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including warehouse distribution, inventory management, or logistics roles. Prior leadership or supervisor experience in a warehouse setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for safe heavy lifting and mechanical operation. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues when needed. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment. •
