Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our industrial paint service center. This is a hands-on warehouse position . If you're detail-oriented, a team player, and ready to take on more responsibility over time, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick and prepare orders for customer delivery Tint and label paint products according to specifications Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the warehouse Assist with inventory management and regular stock counts Learn day-to-day operations from current supervisor with long-term growth in mind Collaborate with team members and provide support where needed

Requirements:

1+ years of warehouse experience (industrial or paint experience a plus) Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs Forklift experience (certification is a plus) Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Eager to learn and grow into a leadership role Good communication and organizational skills Team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
