In this dual role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers while also assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with both driving and warehouse duties. Responsibilities Safely operate a truck for deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at customer locations. Load and unload products from the vehicle, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. Perform route driving, following designated paths to optimize delivery efficiency. Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. Assist with warehouse tasks, including inventory management, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. Previous warehouse experience is preferred to understand operational processes. Experience in commercial driving, particularly with box trucks or similar vehicles. Proven delivery driver experience with a clean driving record. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks. Capability of performing heavy lifting and moving items safely within the warehouse environment. Knowledge of route driving best practices to ensure efficient deliveries.
