TES-Logistics Warehouse Specialist Work Group Leader Valiant Integrated Services United States, Louisiana, Leesville 2115 South 11th Street (Show on map) May 22, 2026 Valiant is looking for a TES-Logistics Warehouse Specialist Work Group Leader to join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides supervisory oversight of assigned employees conducting warehousing operations in accordance with JRTC Mission support Contract PWS and Branch Standards. Maintain 100% accountability of all TES equipment and property in assigned warehouse. Issue and turn-in TES equipment to Rotational Training Units. Performs a variety of warehousing duties which require an understanding of the established storage plan procedures, supply acquisition, and battery charging requirements; daily duties include, but are not limited to: key custodian, record keeping, acquisition of consumable supplies/equipment for rotational requirements, verifying supplies (or equipment) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, delivery of materials to various storage and operating locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials and equipment, preparing MILES equipment for shipment, charging batteries for rotational use. Must be able to receive and maintain TS-MATS access. Receive equipment out of maintenance as needed. Required to operate hand or power trucks or forklifts while performing warehousing duties. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Functional abilities with basic mathematics. Ability with computers, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to multi-task and work independently when needed. Previous experience as a warehouse worker or previous military experience working in battalion-size (or equivalent) logistics (S4) operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience in the military or civilian equivalent. Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries. Individual must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening, will be subject to random drug screening. Must possess a valid Louisiana State Driver's License (or equivalent). Employment contingent upon favorable background investigation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be in good physical condition capable of prolonged sitting, standing and walking. Must be able to repeatedly lift heavy or bulky objects up to 25 LBS. Must be able to work all shifts.
