• Job duties include organizing small warehouse full of bottled drinks (soda, juice, beer, liquor, wine), making bags of ice, keeping warehouse clean and gas station clean (inside and outside) as well as loading gas station coolers with beer + Soda must be organized, quick learner and able to work efficiently within the allotted time schedule per day. This is a busy gas station so a quick worker with a flexible schedule is preffered. Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Laborer and become a vital part of our distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, managing inventory, and supporting the seamless flow of goods through various warehouse processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure accurate order fulfillment, safe equipment operation, and optimal warehouse organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling—all while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using RF scanners and order picker tools to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating records in warehouse management systems (WMS), and managing inventory movements. Operate cranes and other mechanical equipment safely for moving large or heavy items within the warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all inbound and outbound goods are properly documented and stored. Support warehouse distribution efforts by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and preparing items for manufacturing or construction projects. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold safety protocols. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in inventory management, order picking & packing, and stock control. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and warehouse machinery. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to warehouse operations. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks efficiently. Experience in shipping & receiving processes along with knowledge of packaging techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy.
