PURPOSE:
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Loading and unloading trucks Order picking Operating equipment Shrink-wrapping products Preparing products for shipment Physical inventory count and preparation Storing inbound finished goods/raw materials Quality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materials Staging finished goods for outbound Prepping raw materials for packaging Ensure accuracy of work Supports the strategic and operational direction of the business Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES
High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months prior warehouse experience Forklift certification required Basic computer skills needed Ability to comply/adhere to all safety policies and procedures Ability to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as required Ability to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment
