Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! This is a Family owned and operated Wholesale Fishing Tackle business. We also distrubute Live bait such as Crickets and worms. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems platforms for accurate stock tracking and order processing Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision. Stock shelves and organize products efficiently for easy access during order fulfillment and inventory counts Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, inspecting goods for damages, and updating records in MRP systems Support packaging tasks to prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks. Some working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Some knowledge of the fishing industry. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock management Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order adjustments Excellent physical stamina to load & unload shipments, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely Strong Customer relationship skillls Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow safety protocols diligently Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions keep our supply chain moving smoothly!
