Warehouse & Delivery Specialist Allied Flooring and Paint/Budget Cabinets Agawam, MA Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Warehouse experience Materials handling Full Job Description Allied Flooring & Budget Cabinets is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to support our warehouse operations and deliver cabinetry, flooring and building materials safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in staying organized, and aren't afraid of physical work, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and delivery vans Load, unload, and secure material for delivery Deliver products to residential and commercial job sites in a professional and timely manner Inspect vehicles daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns Assist customers and contractors during deliveries with excellent customer service Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Pick, stage, and prepare orders for upcoming deliveries and customer pickups Assist with general warehouse operations and building maintenance, including keeping the warehouse and surrounding property clean and organized Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications Previous warehouse, delivery, or material handling experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Forklift certification or experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequently lift and carry 50+ pounds, with assistance for heavier items Comfortable moving large cabinetry, flooring and building materials throughout the warehouse and job sites Ability to climb stairs and transport materials between floors when necessary We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Has a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Is dependable and safety-conscious Enjoys working with a team while also being able to work independently Represents the company professionally with every customer interaction If you're looking for an opportunity to join a growing company where your hard work is valued and every day is different, we encourage you to apply!
