Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our logistics operations! Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure products are stored correctly for easy retrieval. Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records using systems like AS400 or MRP software. Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading trucks, unloading incoming goods, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software such as AS400 or MRP systems. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock management. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proper equipment handling techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
