Inc. is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Dockworker to support our warehouse and perishable logistics operations. This role is responsible for receiving, handling, organizing, and preparing shipments while helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, takes pride in being reliable and on time, and is committed to supporting the success of the operation every day, including consistent attendance for early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.

Schedule Part-time early morning shift:

4:00 AM - 8:00 AM Sunday - Thursday Additional weekend or holiday shifts may be required based on operational needs What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work for extended periods Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn, adapt, and support the success of the team Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, verify, and stage inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently. Load and unload trucks while safely handling packages up to 50 pounds. Maintain proper perishable inventory rotation (FIFO) and keep dock and cooler areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, TSA requirements, and customs compliance standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work for extended periods Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods of time Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence Why
