Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team in Chicopee, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components with precision and care, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety, cleanliness, and teamwork are top priorities.
The Day-to-Day:
Prepare and set up the work area before starting tasks Moving plywood to the designated area of the warehouse Assemble parts according to established instructions and quality standards Use hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks Stack finished products following standard procedures; may also label, band, or cover components as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Conduct and document pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards Keep accurate production records as required Participate actively in safety initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and team meetings
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent No prior experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred Basic math skills are a plus Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment The ability to lift 50lbs (more with help)
Pay Rate:
$18.00 to $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM 3:30 PM to 1:00
