This role is responsible for preparing orders for shipment, reading shipping labels, operating computers, Picking orders and shipping software, unloading incoming deliveries, and assisting with warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment, operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and assisting with deliveries using a company vehicle when needed. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards Read and verify shipping labels to ensure orders are accurate Enter and process shipment information using computer systems and shipping software • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Maintain organized shipping and storage areas Assist with inventory movement and stock handling Help coordinate pickups with shipping carriers Occasionally drive company van for local deliveries or pickups Communicate shipment issues or delays to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic computer skills required Ability to read labels, invoices, and packing slips accurately Ability to lift 50 lbs. with frequent bending and carrying Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for an entire shift Previous warehouse or shipping experience (preferred) Forklift experience or certification (preferred) Experience with UPS, FedEx, or shipping systems (preferred) Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of packages Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Location and Pay Full Time (On-site) Fall River, MA $20.50 Per Hour
