Job Overview Coast to Coast Medical, Inc. is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to join our team based out of our Fall River, MA facility. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, safely handling high-value medical equipment, and ensuring secure, timely deliveries. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possessing the unique ability to work seamlessly within a team while safely executing independent regional delivery routes. Responsibilities Drive 16ft. box truck and vehicles on designated routes to deliver products promptly and accurately. Safely load, secure, and unload heavy medical equipment into and off the box truck using the lift gate and appropriate warehouse gear. Organize inventory, prepare shipments, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment in Fall River. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Move heavy items with proper lifting techniques or equipment to prevent injury and ensure efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements for record-keeping purposes. Utilize basic power tools to construct custom wooden shipping crates for high-value or fragile medical equipment. Carefully handle and package sensitive medical devices using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, strapping, foam) to prevent any transit damage. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving; familiarity with commercial driving is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or drivers preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly; comfort with moving large or bulky items. Willingness and ability to handle extended day travel/driving routes throughout the New England region. Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols related to warehouse and delivery work. Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
