We are building the team from the ground up and every person we bring on matters. This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. What You Will Do Pick, pack, and process outbound orders accurately and efficiently in a high-volume ecommerce fulfillment environment Receive and check in inbound shipments, verifying quantities and flagging discrepancies on the spot Execute put-away procedures, keeping inventory organized, labeled, and exactly where it belongs Maintain your zone. Clean, organized, and ready for the next wave at all times. Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks with precision Operate warehouse equipment safely. Meet and exceed daily pick and pack productivity targets Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to flag process issues and help implement fixes Adapt to shifting priorities during peak periods without losing accuracy or pace Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines without exception What We Are Looking For Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person. Someone who moves with purpose and does not need to be told twice Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift in a physical environment Reliable. On time, every time. Detail-oriented enough to care about getting every order right A team player who also knows how to independently manage their own workload Forklift certification is a plus but not required Growth Potential We are building this operation from scratch and we promote from within.
