Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Associates in the Franklin, MA area.
Responsibilities:
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders. Distribute orders to sales associates for processing. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped. Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic. Perform all tasks in a safe manner and adhere to safety policies and procedures. Assemble products and assist with inventory counts as needed. Take check calls from drivers, confirm delivery timelines, and validate load data before marking deliveries complete for accounting purposes. Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure shipments arrive on time and in good condition.
Desired Background/Skills:
Basic written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, based on freight volumes. Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry preferred. Experience loading and unloading trailers. Experience using handheld scanners. Ability to lift and push up to 75 pounds.
