Responsibilities:

• Assures Quality Level and Productivity Performance Standards are met.
• Assures that all manufacturing areas are operated according to the requirements stated in Quality Management System (QMS),
• Health and Safety and Environment Management System (EMS) to ensure compliance.
• Assures the maintenance of required data and that reports are completed on a regular basis in regards to the production.
• Capable of reading each order carefully and understanding specific work instructions and will receive certified training by appropriate trainers.
• Calculate number of boxes and packaging required before production can run.
• Be able to close out orders in accordance with work instructions.
• Relieves, fills in for breaks and lunches if needed to maintain coverage on active lines when necessary.
• Assures that all Health and Safety Requirements are observed and that areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition. Will be familiar with raw materials and know different materials by name.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Completes other various duties as assigned or required by management.
• Checks line activity sheets, key dimension sheets and reads shop orders.
• Produce parts that meet the quality specification at or above specified rate.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality throughout the entire part run.
• Operate two or more lines.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Trains or assists in the training of other operators.
• Manages materials and minimizes waste.
• Other duties as assigned. Pay rate is $17.50/hr. All shifts are available; 1st 7am-3pm, 2nd 3pm-11pm or 3rd 11pm-7am. If interested, please apply today!
