Purpose-Driven Work:

The Role You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

• 5 :00pm
• 5 :00am) What You'll Do Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications Scrap Removal Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers

What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Forklift experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

2-5 years of forklift experience Basic computer knowledge Previous manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

Wages starting from $19.00 per hour , dependent on experience. Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
