POSITION OVERVIEW

Employment Type:

Full-Time Compensation:

\$19.00 ? \$21.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)

Schedule:

Saturdays are required.

Weekdays:

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. 9-5.

Experience Required:

2?3 years warehouse experience; flooring experience preferred ________________________________________

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Management:

Efficiently receive, unload, and check-in incoming shipments. Ensure all stock is organized and stored according to company standards.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve heavy pallets and materials.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Digital Accuracy:

Use of flooring software and basic computer applications to log inventory movements, print shipping labels, and manage digital manifests. Willingness to spend necessary time to ensure accuracy.

Quality Control:

Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

Customer Service:

Assist sales associates with rug flipping and loading customer vehicles. Delivery and layout to customers? homes as scheduled. ________________________________________

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience:

2?3 years of proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient and safe forklift operation is a requirement. Computer literate; comfortable using email, inventory/POS software, and basic data entry.

Organization:

Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail ? specifically in the area of product receiving and cataloging.

Professionalism:

A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Growth Mindset:

A genuine willingness to learn new processes and take on increasing responsibility. The right candidate will be willing to learn new skills that help the company, and by extension, the individual, to grow.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally more. Ability to move customer furniture carefully and without damaging floors. ________________________________________
