Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM About Us LRP Recycling and LRP Contract Services are growing nationwide service providers specializing in mattress recycling, furniture installation, logistics, labor services, hotel renovations, and commercial moving projects. We work with hotels, universities, healthcare facilities, military installations, and commercial clients across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our team. This position offers a mix of warehouse operations, logistics support, and field work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and trailers Stage materials, equipment, furniture, and mattresses for upcoming projects Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Receive and inspect incoming shipments Assist with inventory management and material tracking Support logistics planning and truck preparation Assist field crews with furniture installation, commercial moving, and recycling projects when needed Operate warehouse equipment safely Follow company safety procedures and standards Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in warehousing, logistics, moving, construction, furniture installation, or recycling is preferred DOT certification is a plus but not required OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required Forklift experience is a plus but not required Willingness to travel occasionally for project work is a plus Benefits $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience Weekly pay Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Overtime opportunities Advancement opportunities within a growing company Stable, year-round employment If you're looking for a career with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
