Job Description

High Lawn Farm is seeking a motivated individual to prepare orders and load delivery trucks in the refrigerated warehouse. This position supports multiple departments via shipping and receiving, ensuring that routes and orders are accurate and monitoring product rotation and quality before it arrives or leaves the facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loading and unloading of trucks with milk, butter, cheese, and ice cream. Monitoring inventory and rotation of products Cleaning of delivery vehicles, monitoring temperatures, and returns Preparing orders for pick up and delivery. Receiving and recording incoming deliveries Occasionally assist other departments with production or packaging of products Accurate and timely record keeping of documents and entry into google workspace. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in the dairy cooler and loading dock A strong candidate for this position is a team player who is also capable of working independently. SCHEDULE
This position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, 7-4 with a 1-hour lunch, and Fridays and Saturdays from 7-11. With occasional days that will be shorter or longer.
REQUIREMENTS
The ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly. All applicants must undergo a criminal background check and be able to pass a drug screening test upon request.
COMPENSATION
Wage is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. Hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $19.00. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, Aflac supplemental insurance, a matching 401(k) retirement plan, paid sick and vacation time, employee discounts, and weekly milk stipends.
