As a member of the Fulfilment team, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive hardware that is updated, well-packaged, and ready for a seamless installation experience.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Associate to join our warehouse team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support the Fulfilment team with a variety of hands-on tasks including firmware updates on set-top boxes, hardware packing for installations, and warehouse inventory management. Primary Responsibilities:

• Update set-top boxes (STBs) to the latest firmware versions following established procedures, ensuring each unit is fully tested and ready for deployment
• Assist with pallet packing of installation hardware kits, verifying completeness and accuracy of each shipment before dispatch
• Support regular inventory counts across the warehouse, helping to reconcile stock levels and flag discrepancies
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse storage areas, labeling shelves and bins for efficient retrieval
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of hardware and equipment
• Collaborate with the Fulfilment team to meet daily and weekly packing and shipping targets
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while working in the warehouse environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
