PAY RATE
$20.50/hr Job Summary We are hiring Warehouse Order Selectors for a distribution center environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity featuring a 17-week paid training and evaluation period, with potential for full-time employment based on performance and attendance. Training is available in English and Spanish. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do Select grocery, frozen, and perishable products using a voice-directed picking system Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack Build and stack pallets accurately for store deliveries Wear a headset to receive instructions throughout the shift Follow all warehouse safety regulations and procedures
Work Schedule Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overtime may extend shifts up to 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM after full-time conversion Overtime is optional during training and seniority-based after hire
Schedule Options:
Option 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Option 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Physical Requirements Lift up to 87 lbs to shoulder height Lift up to 76.5 lbs overhead Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift Comfortable working in cold, refrigerated, or freezer environments Qualifications Reliable with strong attendance record Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse setting Willingness to follow directions and safety protocols Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Why Apply Temp-to-hire opportunity with career growth potential Structured, hands-on training program Supportive team environment Apply today to start your career in warehouse operations! #ZROBT
