$20.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Overnight General Warehouse Associate to join our team in Northborough, MA. This position supports nightly warehouse operations for a busy building supply company, ensuring materials are accurately received, organized, and prepared for delivery or pickup. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming building materials and products Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery routes or customer pickup Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling and organization Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available if needed) Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift Comfortable working overnight hours Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation and good attendance record Forklift experience is a plus but not required Schedule Sunday - Thursday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Full-time overnight position
