Inspirational, Accountable, Transparent, Disciplined, Aligned, Results-Oriented. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Proficient in operating pallet jacks and other warehouse material handling equipment—forklift experience is preferred but not required. Break down and rebuild pallets to meet storage and shipping requirements Repalletize goods to ensure stability, safety, and proper organization Kitting and material restocking Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently Inspect products for damage or irregularities during handling Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse tasks as needed Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team Qualifications & Skills High School Education/GED 1-2 years of experience with material handling Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment Successfully passed a pre-employee background check
