Job Description

Shipping and receiving role focused on inbound receipts, outbound shipments, carrier software, ERP transactions, inventory accuracy, and material control. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 70+ pounds Forklift operation experience Knowledge of domestic shipping processes Knowledge of international shipping processes Experience using FedEx shipping systems or software Experience using DHL shipping systems or software Experience using UPS shipping systems or software Documentation and recordkeeping experience Experience receiving materials Experience processing transactions in an ERP system Preferred Skills Visual ERP experience Experience with labor scanning or time tracking systems Google Workspace experience BambooHR experience Paycom experience ADP experience AwardCo experience Inventory control experience Cycle count experience Physical inventory experience Job Responsibilities Process outbound shipments using FedEx, DHL, and UPS software Package, protect, label, and stage orders according to shipment and customer specifications Verify shipment contents Create and maintain shipping documentation and transport records Receive inbound deliveries by unloading, unpacking, identifying items, and recording receipts in ERP Store materials in designated locations or containers to maintain quality and material control Determine shipment methods by reviewing outgoing orders and customer requirements Support inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts Support annual physical inventory execution Track labor and job time through labor scanning processes Support productivity and cost-reduction efforts through accurate processing and material handling
Pay:
