As a Warehouse Selector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse's smooth and efficient operation, where quality food products are handled and distributed to our valued customers.

Monday through

Thursday:

12:00 pm - 8:30 pm,

Sunday:

6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Sunday hours are paid at the overtime rate)

Key Responsibilities:

(Include, but are not limited to, the following): Comply with all health, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and USDA regulations as described in the Employee Handbook and other policy and procedure documents. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Efficiently relocate products within the warehouse using motorized handling equipment. Load and unload pallets of cases with precision and care. Execute receiving and shipping procedures accurately, with attention to detail. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stand-up jacks, and other handling equipment to move and stack products efficiently. Communicate effectively with managers, drivers, and team members. Demonstrate a fundamental comprehension of warehouse practices, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety procedures. Work proficiently in cold environments, including freezers and refrigerators, to handle temperature-sensitive food products safely. Follow and understand verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with supervisors and team members to achieve common goals. Keep coolers free of pallet debris and maintain cleanliness to uphold food safety standards. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations. High school diploma or equivalent. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a cold environment (freezer and refrigerator).Fundamental comprehension of warehouse practices. Able to lift 75 lbs. or more. Able to operate High lift, forklift, pallet jack, stand-up jack, etc. Two plus years of experience (preferred ).
