$20-$22 per hour Application deadline: May 12, 2026 The Role & Your Impact As our newest Warehouse Operator, you will contribute directly to smooth warehouse and shipping operations. Your work helps ensure that products are handled safely, shipped accurately, and supported by clear documentation. In this role, you will: Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English with teammates and external partners Work collaboratively in a team-oriented warehouse environment Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and purchase order records Operate UPS and FedEx shipping software Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations What You'll Need to Be Successful Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently Ability to operate a forklift safely and successfully complete required forklift training and driving tests Ability to lift 50 lbs or more unassisted Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues Ability to read and follow directions, procedures, and safety guidelines Good communication skills and the ability to work well with teammates Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic ability to use SAP and Microsoft platforms (training provided) Sound judgment in administrative, procedural, and employment-related decisions Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not required, the following are considered a plus: CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Box truck driving experience What We Offer At Novonesis, we support our employees both professionally and personally.
