Sharon, MAGENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Associate - Picking & Packing is responsible for accurately fulfilling and packaging customer and wholesale orders for shipment. This role ensures that all orders are processed efficiently, correctly, and ready for daily carrier pickup. In addition to daily warehouse duties, this position will assist with biannual warehouse sales and inventory management throughout the year.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately pick and pack customer and wholesale orders according to daily shipping schedules.
- Prepare shipments for UPS and other carriers, ensuring packaging quality and proper labeling.
- Maintain organization of warehouse shelves and picking areas to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in warehouse sales twice a year , including weekend work during those events.
- Conduct inventory counts twice a year to verify quantity accuracy and support cycle count processes.
- Assist in purging and reorganizing inventory between seasons to maintain a clean and accurate stock environment.
- Support team members with additional warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking and returns processing.
- Follow all safety and operational protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Requires reliable and consistent transportation to maintain regular attendance.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends during warehouse sales .
