Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to be a Loader / Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations including order picking, truck loading, inventory handling, and production support. This role requires accuracy, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday thru Friday | 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour; depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records. Perform order picking and packing with precision using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure accurate fulfillment. Prepare trucks by stripping, sweeping, and organizing hoses prior to loading Properly store totes, drums, and returns, including securing caps and organizing materials in designated areas Build, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment Load totes, pallets, drums, and equipment according to process and documentation standards Complete accurate order picking and system documentation using barcode/scanning systems Assist with production support as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area, including end-of-shift cleanup Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years warehouse or similar experience Forklift certification and experience required (stand-up preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of barcode systems and warehouse documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills If you are interested, apply to this posting or call our office at (774) 501-1692 for more information.
